"Cash For Clunkers" Went Smoothly. Will "Cash For Appliances" Rock Too?

Another government program is set to roll out this winter: "Cash for Appliances." The $300 million program, funded through the federal government's economic stimulus plan, will offer rebates for recycling eligible appliances and buying new Energy Star replacements.

Will this stimulate things a tad?
