Proposal For A Major Change In Government Is On The Ballot

According to The Plain Dealer;

"The Board of Elections certified Monday that a proposal to replace the current county government structure has enough valid signatures -- about 46,000 -- to appear on the ballot. About 81,000 signatures had been submitted. The measure would replace three commissioners with an elected executive and 11-member county council."
